No Returns Policy for Personal Training and Programs

Personal Training Services

All purchases of personal training sessions, packages, and services are non-refundable. Once a session or package is purchased, the client agrees that there will be no refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the service. 

Online and In-Person Programs

All sales of online and in-person programs are final and non-refundable. Program fees are paid upfront and are not subject to refund, regardless of the level of participation, results achieved, or any other factors.

Rescheduling Policy for Personal Training

Personal training sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund or rescheduling.

No Refunds for Special Promotions or Discounts 

Any promotional offers, discounted services, or special packages are also non-refundable. All sales made under special conditions are final.

By purchasing any services or programs from Let’s Talk Fitness, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No Returns Policy.
